Scented Rose is a luxury mobile fragrance experience that brings an interactive perfume bar directly to your event. Guests can explore our curated collection of designer-inspired fragrances and create a personalized perfume to take home.

We are available for weddings, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, grand openings, holiday parties, quinceañeras, sweet 16 celebrations, and other special occasions.

Our team sets up a beautifully designed perfume bar at your event. Guests sample a selection of designer-inspired fragrances, choose their preferred scent, and have it bottled on-site to take home.

Yes. Private events require a minimum booking of 30 perfume bottles. Contact us for a customized quote based on your guest count and event needs.

• 10 mL — $10

• 20 mL — $20

• 30 mL — $30

Bookings require 30 guests or at least $300 in perfume bottle purchases, plus setup and travel fees. 

Based in beautiful Orlando, Florida, Scented Rose Perfume Bar is happy to bring our luxury fragrance experience to celebrations throughout Orlando and the surrounding areas.

The first 10 driving miles each way from ZIP code 32828 are included. Additional round-trip mileage is charged per mile, with the total confirmed once your venue is finalized.

Setup start at $200 and includes a mobile perfume cart and perfume attendant. 

Final pricing depends on cart selection, guest count, service hours, and travel distance.

Our standard package includes our signature custom perfume cart. Clients may also upgrade to our Plain Cart or TV Display Cart for a more customized experience.

We recommend booking at least four to eight weeks before your event. Popular wedding and holiday dates tend to fill quickly, so early booking is encouraged.

Yes. A nonrefundable 25% retainer is required to secure your event date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

All retainers are nonrefundable. If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.
