These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Scented Rose Perfume Bar website, products, and event services. By using our website, placing an order, or booking an event, you agree to these terms.

Event Bookings

Event dates are not confirmed until the required booking agreement is completed and the non-refundable retainer is received.

The remaining balance is due seven days before the event unless otherwise stated in your agreement or invoice. Minimum order requirements, setup fees, travel fees, and other charges may apply based on the event location, guest count, and selected services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

All retainers are non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. Changes to the event date, location, guest count, or selected services may result in additional fees.

Your signed booking agreement, proposal, or invoice will control if it contains terms that differ from the general information provided on this website.

Product Orders

All products are subject to availability. Prices, product details, bottle options, and fragrance selections may change without notice.

Applicable taxes, shipping costs, customization fees, and other charges will be displayed at checkout or included in your quote.

Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Any available return or refund options will be provided at the time of purchase.

Designer-Inspired Fragrances

Scented Rose Perfume Bar offers independently branded, designer-inspired fragrances. Our products are not original designer perfumes and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any designer fragrance brand.

Designer names may be referenced only to describe the general scent profile or fragrance inspiration.

Fragrance Sensitivities

Fragrance products may contain ingredients that cause sensitivities or allergic reactions. Customers and event guests are responsible for reviewing available product information before use.

Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Scented Rose Perfume Bar is not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies, sensitivities, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.

Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content, images, branding, or product descriptions without written permission.

Intellectual Property
